KEVIN KRAMMES UNDEFEATED IN S1600
2 May 2012

Kevin Krammes is the only driver still undefeated after the first four rounds of the 2012 FIA European Touring Car Cup.

After winning the two opening races of the Super 1600 category at Monza, the German and his Ford Fiesta 1.6 have pocketed another double victory at the Slovakia Ring.
Despite him being forced to start Race 1 from the back of the grid following a penalty, Krammes took a great start, overtook his fellow countryman Ronny Reinsberger on the second lap and claimed his first win of the day. Krammes encored in the second race, leading from lights to flag while his competitors were fighting over the second place.
Halfway through the season, Krammes leads the standings with 43 points, 13 more than Italy’s Paolo Necchi who finished twice second in Slovakia. The rest of the field is already far behind, with Klaus Bingler third with 19 points, Gilles Bruckner fourth with 17 and Ulrike Krafft fifth with 16.
