PETR FULÍN TO RACE IN A S2000 BMW

Czech racer Petr Fulín will take part in the 2012 ETCC at the wheel of a Super 2000 BMW 320si jointly run by Vekra Racing Team and Krenek Motorsport. The 35-year-old Fulín began his racing career in the Czech BMW Challenge and Škoda Octavia Cup before moving to the SEAT León Eurocup and Supercópa where he claimed three race victories between 2009 and 2010.

The Czech team are targeting to gain experience in the ETCC in view of a future switch to the World Touring Car Championship.
“The whole project is a great challenge for me! We are aiming to the highest level in Touring Car racing and I have been lucky to find the right partners who may help to make this dream fulfilled. It will be a lot of hard work, but I’m looking forward to begin!” said Fulín.
