Several incidents occurred during the thirty-minute session, with the Ford Fiesta of Paolo Necchi suffering mechanical failure exiting the chicane after just six minutes of the session and the resulting oil at the entrance to T3 bringing out the red flags and the marshals’ brooms. Then, with around ten minutes remaining, the Single-Make Trophy SEAT of Urs Sonderegger received the black and orange flag for a loose front window.
Qualifying begins at 16:45 CET.
