BORUSAN MOTORSPORT BACK IN THE ETCC

For the third consecutive season Turkey-based Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport team will take part in the FIA European Touring Car Cup. In the past years the team claimed good results with multiple Turkish touring car champion Ibrahim Okyay, who was classified fourth and seventh in the 2010 and 2011 ETCC respectively at the wheel of a Super 2000 BMW 320si car.

Team manager Tolga Ozakinci said: "We are familiar with the circuits of Monza, Salzburgring and Imola that are all on the ETCC calendar this year. However the Slovakian Ring is completely new for us. For now our plan is to enter only one car, but we keep on trying to add a second BMW."
